We can all struggle to squeeze everything into a busy life, so how earth are we expected to meditate too? The good news is that once you start the habit, it's hard  to break.

My approach to meditation isn't about sitting in lotus position for hours on end. It's a no nonsense, realistic journey to finding what works for each individual.

The workshops provide an opportunity to discover how meditation can work for each person, why it's so good for you and how it can really enhance your life.

You'll learn how to focus your attention, relax your body and calm your mind. 

Meditation is a great way to reduce stress and connect with your inner self. It can help you navigate your way through difficult times and can lead to improved health and wellbeing.

You don't need to be a meditator when you arrive but I hope you will  be when you leave.
